This is another great savory option! It has Cuban style shredded jackfruit that packs a lot of flavor. It's in a chia seed dough. They use jackfruit really well here. It's marinated nicely and makes a great texture of the empanada filling. Again, great with garlic sauce! I think this is another popular flavor. Definitely a good classic pulled "pork" type empanada.
