Meaty young jackfruit and velvety soft butterhead lettuce cooked in aromatic Thai basil sauce, topped with micro coriander. Very flavourful, and the taste was further elevated by the tangy acidity of the lime juice! Encased within taco shells that stayed crispy even after a long time. 🌮🌶️ Great Asian-fusion take on tacos!
