Oh boy, this was a LOT of food. I should NOT have eaten it in one sitting 😅 The fried tortilla "crust" was absolutely amazing, and my favorite part. The flavors of the refried beans, seitan beef, queso, and cream cheese went perfectly together. It was veeeery messy, and definitely requires a fork and knife. Such a fun special this week!
