Review of Handmade Noodles with Braised Mushrooms at 素悟 Lotus Vegetarian Kitchen - Food Republic, Vivo City by m1tch9i

I was in a more savoury mood (as always) so I didn’t enjoy this as much as I could have 😅 Nevertheless, it was still an objectively superb #noodle dish 😉

The #noodles were slightly thinner than I expected but they still managed to maintain a firm bite doused in a sweet dark sauce 😝 There were the standard #mustardgreens boiled to serve alongside the main toppings 🙃 just the usual suspects. Another feature that seems to come with most of their noodle dishes is the soy sauce #tofu 😋 Of course, the main show of #mushrooms came with #kingoystermushrooms and #chinesemushroom 😗 Both of them were thick, chewy, and dripping with juices 😛

This was $7.90 for a very filling bowl 👌
