I had this for the first time years ago as my first chia seed pudding. I returned back with @jonok since he's heard me dream about this chia seed pudding. I know it's easy to make, but the toppings here are what make it so special! The house-made date syrup and pecan nut crunch give it such a cozy, warming touch along with the banana.
