Kissfist (Cheeseburger, Vegan Version) at Pah! — pdxveg's Review (Oct 24, 2023)

This was made with a Beyond Meat patty, vegan cashew cheese, romaine, tomato, red onion, and vegan secret sauce. Served with a side of fries. The business is proudly Latinx, Queer, and Deaf-owned, and each dish has its own ASL name. Pah! is ASL slang for “success” or “finally,” which is fitting for Portland’s first Deaf-owned restaurant. In ASL Kissfist means “I love it,” which is a perfect name for this crave-worthy burger.
