Deep Dish "Fully Loaded" Pizza at Kitchen 17 — Iszy's Review (Oct 23, 2023)

We had to get deep dish while in Chicago! This time we decided to try out an all vegan place. They have many options for deep dish pizzas, including mac and cheese! We wanted to go with a classic flavor with veggies and vegan meat. This "fully loaded" pizza includes the house-made soy milk mozzarella, marinara, soy sausage, spinach, onion, black olive, and spicy giardiniera. The giardiniera definitely gave this pizza a spicy kick! They were generous with the soy sausage and it was very cheesy! I really liked their house-made mozzarella! The crust was a bit hard to cut through, but I'm mostly blaming that on the non-serrated butter knives they gave us.
