I also liked these with radicchio (and thank goodness, considering their price!). The spinach ones had a milder flavor but, that's normal because radicchio has a more intense and slightly bitter taste.
Still, they were an excellent dinner, with a side of garden vegetables, a conscious dinner shared with my cousin who, like me, is transitioning from vegetarian to vegan diet.
