I've been reading more about Ultra Processed Foods (UPF) as the latest nasties. I've been making my own bread and wanted a "better" plant milk.

Plenish only has three ingredients - oats, water and salt. I don't know how they make it not curdle when others with additives seem to struggle!

Creamy texture with no oil too!

On the pricier side but I'm not too worried about that as it's mainly just in tea and coffee.

I worried about the ultra processed foods too but then Yuka helped a lot with that. They analyse the ingredients and nutrition chart and rank everything excellent to bad. This has helped me try to avoid the worst products or minimise them at least. I now pay more for the healthier plant milks. It’s worth it for our health. 😊
