Loved the lemon curd filling as it tasted like a lemon tard inside a bigger doughnut, the coconut flakes not that much. Was fluffy and yum, but eating it was a mess, the filling was falling apart and I felt better after finishing the whole thing. Had it with an Americano ( #birdless191 ).
