Popcorn Mushroom at Plant A Seed Vegan — dafne kiyui's Review (Oct 10, 2023)

My colour grading isn’t quite perfect their menu but I must admit this was phenomenal ✨ The #batter they lathered unto their #mushrooms was akin to KFC I’d admit, in a good way. Pleasant, aromatic, and familiar. They used #eryngii — a #mushroom that translates very well when #deepfried 🍄 Their portions don’t often call for sides but I’m willing to take any excuse. A lot of proteins on the main perhaps? It’s crazy to think I was 8kg lighter before I moved to Singapore over a year ago. Perhaps with all these new amazing vegan restaurants here, that wouldn’t have been the case much longer 🫄
