One of the few plant based options at The Monica.

Vegan Mozzarella, Panko Crusted Eggplant, Calabacitas, Spinach, Basil, Roasted Red Peppers & House Red Sauce-served on locally baked Barrio Bread!

Messy but good! Totally satisfying.

Very cool that they donate $1 from each Garden Hero sold to fund two local garden programs in schools.
