These sweet chocolate brownie thins are tasty. I got at Costco they were a bit expensive but everything is today . Seed and nut flour watermelon seed for the light and crispy crunch . Nothing artificial, nonGMO, vegan , gluten free and delicious they have 1.6mg iron 2 grams protein 1 gram fiber and 140 calories for 12 thins .. I really like them and will buy again .
