Found this very local and cheap vegan Vietnamese place for breakfast! Their whole menu looked good and I really wanted to try a noodle soup but it was just too hot and I wasn’t feeling a big hot soup for breakfast. This was a lighter and more refreshing option! These were pretty tough to bite into, but once you did they were full of amazing texture and flavour! The tofu that they made taste like crispy pork was amazing, and there was also some sort of fried bread inside? The sweet and tangy dressing with pickled veg was the perfect accompaniment. Spent just over a dollar for this:)
