What scared you the most about veganism before being vegan? For me it was the thought of not having Pizza Margherita ever again in my life. But then turns out there are a lot of places that make amazing plant based alternatives to this kind of pizza with the same taste and consistency. So nothing to fear! And for when I am at home I can always get this MozzaVella, which works perfectly with a pizza base. The cheese itself is a little to sweet compared to regular mozzarella but the consistency is amazingly similar. Because of the sweetness I suggest to put some salt on it, and this also if you’re just using it as ingredient for pizza.
