Review of Plum Cake at Back to Eden Singapore (Cafe) by xinru-t

The plum interspersed throughout the cake was sweet and tangy, as well as sticky and gooey, almost akin to jam. The cake itself was dense and moist, albeit slightly like huat kueh in texture as with many vegan cakes. Seasonal special this autumn!
