Beer Brats at The Herbivorous Butcher — Iszy's Review (Sep 26, 2023)

We bought these for our Labor Day camping trip, but never got around to grilling them. They were just as satisfying as a quick dinner between work and a concert! These brats are huge, but not unmanageable. I really enjoyed their flavor! They went well with ketchup (sorry Chicago), Dijon mustard, and relish. I usually like diced onions too, but we were out. Unfortunately, these are almost double the price of Field Roast in some places, but sometimes you just got to do the right thing and #supportlocal.
