Tofu cubes served in a claypot (complete with a burning flame) cooked with soy 'chicken' and 'salted fish'. Toothsome and umami, though I personally would have preferred some of the mock meat to be replaced with vegetables like snap peas / baby corn / broccoli / cauliflower / carrot for balance! Note that the Mains in the menu are basically tzechar-style dishes that don't come with rice by default; rice can be ordered separately at additional charges.
