Grabbed a couple of packets from Coles last week to try, as it was half price at $3.50 each.
Super simple to prepare - packet instructions say to just fry in a little oil for 3 minutes. Was surprisingly a little wet and soft in consistency. It comes unflavoured, I added a little bbq sauce. The flavour is quite distinctive, I’m not sure if it tastes more “porky” or “beefy” (can’t remember to compare haha).
Went well in a wrap with salad as the slight mushiness helped to hold everything together. Would buy again if on special.
