Stir Fried Chinese Spinach with Golden Mushroom at Green BA — Paree's Review (Sep 17, 2023)

Haven't been here since.. I can't recall when 🙃 Menu's well labelled this time round with a single universal symbol referencing egg/dairy.

$15 for hidden fresh #spinach beneath crunchy, battered #enoki. Superior on paper, also in terms of taste and execution. Yet the fusion of textures befuddled me to such an extent that it took a whole half an hour to demolish this unassuming plate for fear of biting into myself 🤔 Either I'm getting old or that the whole is less than the sum of its parts 🧓
