it is a dipping noodle in soup dish!
the 'soup' is very thick and it feels very heavy by itself but perfect as a dipping side.
there is a lot of cabbage in the soup and its good to have a crunchy texture with the noodles.
they also give a bottle of mushroom soup to dilute the dipping and it tastes great to end the dish!
