Crunchy Korean Tofu Tacos

✨ 🌮 ✨Any taco is a good taco but these were exceptionally wonderful! 

Such an explosion of deliciousness! The spicy-earthy-salty gochujang was balanced out nicely by the freshness of the slaw & pickled cucumbers. 

Wrapped in a corn tortilla?! Well, that’s just bonus goodness!

The tofu wasn’t super crispy after a long hot ride across town but still totally delicious.
