Chicken at The Herbivorous Butcher — Iszy's Review (Sep 4, 2023)

@jonok usually makes our seitan chicken, but this week we just picked up some from HB while we were getting brats for the cabin. I found that theirs is a bit denser. Since he uses the HB Cookbook, the seasoning is similar. These don't look too appetizing, but they are easily cut up into strips to be battered or cooked as is. Once they get a little color on them, they're much more appealing. They went great with Cleveland Kitchen Fermented Caesar Dressing in a salad wrap.
