These thin, crunchy little #cookies were a treasured ALDI gift from @beckyyy! They disappeared very quickly and then (out of sight, out of mind?) got buried in my review backlog for months. It’s now time for their moment in the spotlight.
These were oh-so-tasty. I am a #coconutlover and appreciated the irresistibly crunchy texture of the toasted #coconut. They are #sweettooth-friendly and almost buttery-tasting in a way that gives me a massive hit of nostalgia — they sort of remind me of these rich, unfortunately-not-vegan coconut biscuits that my grandparents used to give me when I was little. These are definitely superior, though, because they #ditchdairy and are free of a lot of other junky additives, too. The ingredients list is short and sweet, just like the #biscuits themselves.
I’m glad that they come in a resealable bag; it helps to keep the cookies fresh since they contain no preservatives. A very delightful snack — just thinking back on them puts a smile on my face. Thank you @beckyyy!
