Review of ramly burger at nomVnom Bistro by xinru-t

Stacked with #plantegg fried 'egg' from Taiwan (in lieu of omelette), #andso 'chicken' patty, cucumber, and lettuce. Generously doused in housemade black pepper sauce, Dijon mayonnaise, and chilli sauce. To be honest I don't recall ever eating the meat version of Ramly Burger (oops), but it was fun to try a vegan version of the pasar malam classic! I would say that it was a bit hard to detect / appreciate the taste and texture of the 'egg' in the midst of all the ingredients and sauces. So this would be a good choice for those who are looking to enjoy indulgent burgers dripping in sauces, but otherwise for those who want to try the new 'egg', I would recommend the Toon Rendang Rice instead. Btw this new Ramly Burger is exclusively available at the Clarke Quay outlet!
