Stacked with #plantegg fried 'egg' from Taiwan (in lieu of omelette), #andso 'chicken' patty, cucumber, and lettuce. Generously doused in housemade black pepper sauce, Dijon mayonnaise, and chilli sauce. To be honest I don't recall ever eating the meat version of Ramly Burger (oops), but it was fun to try a vegan version of the pasar malam classic! I would say that it was a bit hard to detect / appreciate the taste and texture of the 'egg' in the midst of all the ingredients and sauces. So this would be a good choice for those who are looking to enjoy indulgent burgers dripping in sauces, but otherwise for those who want to try the new 'egg', I would recommend the Toon Rendang Rice instead. Btw this new Ramly Burger is exclusively available at the Clarke Quay outlet! The one featured here is the single patty version, but there are also double patty & egg ($18.90) and triple patty & egg ($23.90) versions available~ (Allium-free, $13.90) #sgvegan #veganegg
