There's a delicate balance between not having a soggy middle and not having burnt edges, carefully go for the upper end of the suggested cook time. Cherry tomatos are bright and sweet. The pizza's namesake, the motz, isn't great but thankfully there's barely any on the pizza. Pricey like most Wicked products, but Kroger offers a lot of bogo deals for this brand.
