Vegetable Curry at The Palms Restaurant at Cayman Brac Beach Resort — Iszy's Review (Aug 28, 2023)

This was the last dinner we had in the restaurant. The final night was the BBQ, which I will review shortly. I was happy to find that this curry was significantly different from the tofu curry. The sauce on this one was less sweet and thicker. I really enjoyed the flavor and thought I'd had a nice mild spice. It has a wide variety of vegetables as well as tofu. I was sad to see no naan with this one though.
