pizza tartuferita at Con Gusto — pattini's Review (Aug 28, 2023)

If you ever feel the need of a real Neapolitan pizza in Zurich, you have to come to Con Gusto. Not only their pizzas are extremely good but they also have a wide array of vegan pizzas too. This time I tried the Tartuferita which had a white base (vegan mozzarella) and was topped with porcini mushrooms and truffle sauce. I go crazy for truffle so this was definitely the pizza for me. The dough of the pizza is perfect, Neapolitan style. Overall I enjoyed this pizza very much but I think there’s room for improvement with the vegan mozzarella, which to me seemed too sweet. The price was 36 chf which is definitely high even for Zurich, but that’s also because it’s a truffle pizza, other pizzas were a little cheaper.
