Vegetable Stir Fry at The Palms Restaurant at Cayman Brac Beach Resort — Iszy's Review (Aug 26, 2023)

This stir fry has mushrooms, peppers, carrots, onions, and battered tofu. The sauce over everything was very soy sauce forward. I liked all of the mushrooms and appreciated the extra step it took to batter the tofu. The tofu was really soft and soaked up the flavor of the stir fry well. I enjoyed that the vegetables were julienned.
