Beans Ragu at The Palms Restaurant at Cayman Brac Beach Resort — Iszy's Review (Aug 26, 2023)

This is such a simple dish, but it ended up being my favorite of the week. It's also a bit of a strange combination. Ragu is typically a pasta sauce, so I was surprised to have it with beans. The tomatoes used in this sauce were just perfect to me and it was a nice hearty meal. My mouth was watering eating this very simple dish. The sauce had nice big chunks of bell pepper, carrot, onion, and tomatoes.
