Vegan Carbonara at Rifugio Romano — francesca's Review (Aug 25, 2023)

ALSO this is one of my favorite dishes in this place... carbonara can so easily be ruined also in it's original recipe, but this vegan version is just EXCELLENT. creamy and peppery, with crunchy bacon bits.... simply amazing
