Blueberry Yuzu Cruffin at Houldens Rise Above — alleycatz's Review (Aug 25, 2023)

This was my absolute favorite pastry from Houlden’s. I can’t stop thinking about it. 🫐💛

Super delicate flaky outside-spongy on the inside. The yuzu glaze was so good! A little bit tart, citrusy & perfect with the house-made blueberry filling.

I am mad craving this now and can’t wait for it to ‘hopefully’ make it’s way back into the seasonal rotating menu.
