Mala Stir Fried Udon at Saute-San — Miss Sedgwick's Review (Aug 22, 2023)

Plenty of veggies , mushrooms and noodles. There’s a good amount of numbing heat as well. Unfortunately the udon were quite overcooked and soggy.
