Review of Cavolfiore al limone at Dukka by cate111

I have never tasted a cauliflower so rich in flavors!! It was amazing with a combination of nuttiness, sourness and sweetness. The sauce was really creamy and the sommacco on the top was the perfect seasoning that completed the dish.
