This heat wave special had tender zucchini, eggplant 🍆, yellow squash, and roasted red peppers, luscious 🐮🥛-free mozzarella spread, and lively Creole Me Up carrot spread on a satisfyingly chewy Grand Central Bakery baguette. Besides being creative and resourceful, it was incredibly delicious.
