I was never much of a pepperoni fan, so I've never gravitated towards these, but @jonok had them along with Trader Joe's pizza dough and Daiya mozzarella, so we had a nice pizza night! I tried one straight out of the package, and the taste was fine, but I wouldn't recommend that for the texture. I really enjoyed them on the pizza though! The edges that were exposed got nice and crispy. I love how this isn't nearly as greasy as a non-vegan pepperoni pizza would be. We added some mushrooms and of course made it stuffed crust with a brush of garlic butter around the edges. 😋
