Pumpkin Spice Cheezecake by Daiya — beckyyy's Review (Aug 15, 2023)

This was a fun find at Grocery Outlet! Call me basic but I’m a #pumpkinspice girlie so anything of the sort grabs my attention. I never cared for dairy cheesecake but my boyfriend loves it so I thought it was best to wait until he’d be home for a few days before digging in.

The cheesecake is pretty small, yet the idea that it is three servings is a bit wild to me. I have a big #sweettooth but the cake is also very rich, making a small slice perfect. We cut the cheesecake into 8 pieces.

The texture is lovely. I’m not sure how it compares to dairy cheesecake but its firm yet soft and a bit fluffy with a crumbly crust layer on the bottom. The pumpkin spice flavor is present but not very strong.

I’ve wondered about this cheesecake for years but never purchased it until now as it’s expensive at full price and there’s truly so many delicious goodies to make and buy in the fall. I don’t think I would repurchase this one as we’d both rather enjoy a pumpkin pie but I am really happy to have tried it.

I purchased the cheesecake for $3.99 in June but I believe I’ve seen it since so it may be further reduced now if still available.
