Kimchi double cheese spicy mayo toastie at Common Ground — sianski's Review (Aug 15, 2023)

Another trip to this favourite local cafe.
Shared this tasty toastie with my partner and it was plenty as a snack. The picture shows the substantial portion already divided in two.

I really like a toasted sandwich and vegan versions don’t crop up that often.
This was combined perfectly so that the cheese was oozing and blended nicely with a spicy kimchi.
It was served with fresh rocket and a pot of spicy mayo.
The cafe has a very relaxed atmosphere. We sat inside where the walls have been brought back to the brick, There’s soft quirky lighting and furniture using upcycled materials. They have an expansive walled garden, shaded by huge umbrellas.
The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and very welcoming.
