This is a nice classic breakfast option. This hash includes arugula, peppers, beet ketchup, hazelnut cheese, and heirloom salsa. You can also add another sauce for no extra charge. Guacamole, cashew ranch, and ramp mayo stick out to me. The beet ketchup was really flavorful and added a lot of color to the dish.
