Finally! A plant-based brioche bun! 🙌
These special buns by Bakerly are a real treat and a nice change from the whole grain buns I usually buy. Their sweet and saltiness went perfectly with my jackfruit chicken, and I know they’d go great sandwiching a burger patty or even vegan egg. 🍔
I bought these buns from Imperfect Produce and am not sure which stores currently sell them. I’ve never seen them in stores before, and the packaging claims they are the first bakery to craft a plant-based brioche bun. This package comes with 4 buns.
