Like I mentioned earlier tell the staff about your dietary restrictions and they will cater to it. I can’t remember seeing panch mel dal on the menu for restaurants. We asked for double tadka and we weren’t disappointed. Spice level was high given that we said we cd handle spicy food. Enjoyed the meal.
