Review of Baingan Bharta at Dakshin's by pal

The restaurant is run by a Singaporean Indian with his local wife. They have a chef from Tamil Nadu for South Indian food and one from bihar for North Indian. Tell them your dietary restrictions and they will work on it. The baingan bharta was spicy and nice. Never had a bharya with haldi. They use even cashew nut for it. Really enjoyed it
