I was expecting more texture. This was pretty smooth for a #bolognese sauce...
I expect chunks of stuff in it, this was about as chunky as your run of the mill pasta sauce so I was a little dissapointed :(
The flavor was not bad but it lacked the heartiness of a traditional bolgnese. It was a little citrusy for me as well so if you do not like citrus I would not recommend for you.
