These are really tasty with a great crunch . They gave a great cinnamon flavor made with grain free flours 5 cookies per serving. 150 calories. 4 servings per bag . 1 gram protein, 1 gram fiber and 6 grams of sugar . I would buy these again . Purchased at my local Shoprite
