i love using #miso paste to make miso soup with a little ginger and green onion. yesterday i added it to a reduction of sausage gunk to make gravy for a sandwich. it's a shame to waste all that sticky brown flavor plus making a reduction makes cleaning the pan easier. this added a nice layer of flavor to these delicious #nomeat sausages. most miso comes in plastic that is not really reusable so i appreciated the glass. the horse was peaking at me over an entrance way. #organic #plasticfree #travelfood #vegantravel
