Review of Pastagenuss - Simply V by pattini

I am really happy I found this product! I was looking for a good plant-based alternative for Parmesan here in Switzerland and so far I thought there wasn’t much choice. I used to buy Grattì whenever I visited Italy to bring it back here. But now I found this and to my surprise it’s even better than Grattì! The taste is more delicate and the texture is just perfect.
