The flies were eyeing my plate! Wish you could smell it from here; dairy free with a subtle coconuty fragrance drenched on #meat -ious chunks of chicken and #longbeans. Heat was shiokaliciously entertaining (lasting a good 5mins before its retreat)

#carbsforlife halved is still a whole lotta #grains (one bro show known to be genial and generous). All in all, scrumptious and satiating ❣️😋🥥
