For my first time making pesto, I used TJ's pine nuts. I was pleasantly surprised that they carry pine nuts! I knew they had all the other ingredients I needed for my pasta and wasn't looking forward to making a stop at a second grocery store. These were fairly expensive, as expected. And unfortunately I used most of them in my recipe, I thought they'd last longer! I really like pine nuts for topping soups and salads, so I think I'll try to just keep them on hand, like pumpkin seeds.
