This rigatoni is delicious! I love the thick cut. They're really satisfying to bite into and they hold their shape well. This pasta shape worked well I'm my pesto pasta salad. I made my own pesto and tossed with with tomatoes, peas, zucchini, pine nuts, and vegan feta. It'd also be great in a baked pasta dish.
