Cinnamon Roll at Morning Glory Café — Kelly Northway's Review (Jul 19, 2023)

Morning Glory Café in Eugene, Oregon is not entirely vegan, but they are very vegan friendly. Aside from offering vegan biscuits & gravy, french toast, and a tofu scramble, their entire baked goods case is also vegan with so many delicious treats to choose from! This cinnamon roll was just as perfect as it was large.
I consider myself to be a bit of a cinnamon roll connoisseur 😆 and I’ve tried and reviewed many cinnamon rolls around Oregon and beyond. Whenever I see a vegan cinnamon roll for sale, I buy one.
This roll had a perfect chewy flakiness with generous amounts of gooey cinnamon throughout and a delicious vanilla frosting. 😋
